Legal basis for processing

The company collects personal data either from the user himself (or "data subject") through the Website or the store or from the Company itself, mainly through the use of cookies. The Company collects only the absolutely necessary personal data and processes the following personal data:

- Data when creating a user account, placing an order, or sending a request: name, e-mail address, contact number, password, home address, city, country and optional gender and date of birth.

- Data transactions through the physical store: name, tax identification number, tax office, registered office and profession and only in case of invoice issuance.

Recipient of the data

What security procedures are in place to protect personal data?

The Company has as its main priority the protection of the personal data of the data subject, and in particular of the electronic transactions carried out through its e-shop. For this reason, it takes all the necessary organizational and technical measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, in order to ensure maximum safety.
