Purpose of Processing

b) the confirmation and identification of the customer in any necessary case,

c) the sending of newsletters for new or alternative products offered through the Website or for special offers,

d) controlling, improving and adapting to user's preferences and choices regarding products,

e) customer's satisfaction research for internal marketing and demographic studies, along with non-personal data to analyze and monitor the consumer's profile, in order to continuously improve our products and services and understand what may be of interest to our customers,

Legal basis for processing

The company collects personal data either from the user himself (or "data subject") through the Website or the store or from the Company itself, mainly through the use of cookies. In particular, the collection, registration, organization, storage, deletion, destruction and any other form of processing is based on: a) the conclusion of a contract between the Company and the user, b) the protection of the Company's legitimate interests, c) the Company's compliance with obligations arising from the legislation (e.g. tax legislation, legislation on e-commerce), d) the fulfillment of the duty of the Company performed in the public interest and e) the prior explicit consent of the visitor/user, provided that the processing is not based on any of the above legal processing bases.

Categories & Data Source

The Company collects only the absolutely necessary personal data and processes the following personal data:

- Data when creating a user account, placing an order, or sending a request: name, e-mail address, contact number, password, home address, city, country and optional gender and date of birth.

- Data transactions through the physical store: name, tax identification number, tax office, registered office and profession and only in case of invoice issuance.

- Data from the visitor/user's transactions either through the Company's physical store or through the e-shop: indicative details of purchase history, product delivery information, payment history, encrypted debit - credit card information.

- Data to answer submitted questions, any complaints or comments about the purchases made by the visitor / user, products added to the cart or removed from it, list of products that the user wishes to buy (wishlist)

- Data on participation in competitions that may take place and on redemptions of coupons.

Recipient of the data

To manage and support the website perfectmoments.gr we work with the company ...... The above company has the status of processor on behalf of the Company. In managing this the ......... collects the log in data of the users as well as the cart data, which are stored on its servers located on ....... The data it collects is kept for up to 1 year.

The processor has assured the Company in writing that it implements appropriate technical and organizational measures and ensures the protection of the rights of the Company's customers and in general complies with the applicable legislative framework for the protection of personal data. It has also committed that it does not send data to third parties without the Company's permission. Finally, it has undertaken to assist the Company in exercising the rights of customers/data subjects: information, access, correction and deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and opposition.

Retention Time

The personal data of the Company's customers (data subjects) are kept for as long as the data subject maintains an account on the Website and for a maximum period of five years, in which case his/her consent will be requested again.

With regard to Personal Data related to product purchases, this data may be retained for a longer period of time for the fulfillment of the Company's legal and contractual obligations (such as tax and commercial legislation and for the purpose of providing a guarantee). Especially:

In case of making an order, the personal data will be retained for five years, unless any pending issues and/or legal disputes between the Company and the customer have arisen due to the sale that has been made.

In the case of a declaration of consent to send a newsletter, this is kept for as long as the newsletter is sent by the Company and in any case not more than six months from the interruption of its sending.

Finally, the tax information and documents will be kept by the Company for a period of twelve (12) years, for tax control purposes.

What security procedures are in place to protect personal data?

The Company has as its main priority the protection of the personal data of the data subject, and in particular of the electronic transactions carried out through its e-shop. For this reason, it takes all the necessary organizational and technical measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, in order to ensure maximum safety.

The security of the website / e-shop "perfectmoments.gr" is achieved through encryption using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect personal information (such as name, address and credit card number) during the transfer of data on the Internet.

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "......" of ......., which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption protocol, while the information sent under the SSL protocol is protected by a mechanism that automatically verifies whether the data has been changed in transfer.

In addition, the username and password given when registering the visitor as a member of the "perfectmoments.gr" and are used to identify him/her as an account user, provide access with absolute security to his/her personal information.

This process is achieved securely through encryption until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
