All prices include 24% VAT

In the invitations there are no extra printing costs, unless you want gold printing, silver printing, etc.

Construction / Shipping time of products

Invitations: 5-7 working days (depending on the code) from the final approval of the mockups.

 Favors: 20-35 working days depending on the code, the availability and the quantity.

Martyrika : 20-25 working days

Christening set: 20-25 working days

Wish books / boxes: 4-6 working days

Godfathers' aprons: 3-5 working days

Christmas gifts: 2-4 working days

Easter gifts: 2-4 working days

Baby gifts: 7-10 working days

Return Policy

- Return of Defective or Incorrect Products

In case of receipt of defective or incorrect products you have the right to return them and you can ask us either to replace them or to refund your money.

You should contact us immediately, within five (5) calendar days from the time of receipt either by mail or through the contact form or by phone at  2117105590.

The products must be shipped or delivered within seven (7) calendar days to the address of our company (114 Dimitrakopoulou, Athens) along with all the accompanying documents.

The products should be shipped with cooperating transport companies and the costs are borne by the company (Recipient's charge).

In case of choosing a different shipping method, the costs are borne by you (Sender's Charge)

- Return of non-defective products

It is not possible to return personalized products made on demand.

Products that do not belong to the personalized items may be returned within five (5) calendar days in accordance with the above terms.
